Moment of Silence

Today, 1/10/11, as I listened to coverage of the ‘moment of silence’ for the Arizona shooting victims, from the White House, the President offered no words of solace, advice or wisdom. If fact he was completely mum after that ‘moment of silence.’

As President Obama’s political minions were/are out there chastising everyone who has ever disagreed with them, he stood there silent. That is because he is the worst offender. Throughout his campaign, he continually used the rhetoric of violence, confrontation and intolerance. Since assuming the Presidency, he has continued to, on occasion, promote confrontation between his leftist followers and the American people. What hypocrisy there is on the left.

Keith Olberman has already been removed once from the air, for a whole weekend, but NBC should consider removing him permanently, including from sports programming. Or they should officially change the name of MSNBC to MSDNC (or MSCPUSA). Or maybe Microsoft might want to remove their name altogether. Then they could call it DNC TV. All white (except for one non-white so you can’t say all white) liberal DNC TV.

If a few Olbermans were let go, the President might temper his rhetoric, which is typical for a Community Organizer, but not appropriate for a President of the United States. Candidate Barack Obama said on June 13, 2008: “If they bring a knife to the fight, we bring a gun.” As President, he has continued his ill-advised attacks on those he disagrees with. Talk radio, Fox News, Sarah Palin, and others have all been demonized as exporting hate. Well, from my perspective, for 20 years he sat in a church that propagated continuous hate towards white people and ‘rich people.’ I’m sure it had an affect on his thinking. The context of his slam on working people ‘… they cling to their guns or religion …’ was as telling of his arrogant disdain for the American people as it gets.

He apparently is still on OJT after two years.
