Bureaucracy, omission, deception, expediency, ignorance and fog of war all lead to the “Bush lied, people died” slogan of the left. The WMD were there all along. The political decisions to deny the existence of WMD, in Iraq, lead to the current statist administration. Whomever it was, that pushed for opacity in this matter, should be pushed out of the Republican Party and brought up on charges of conspiracy that lead to the damage done to many of our service members.
