Science Fiction Continues Transition to Science Non-fiction

While everything else in the world is distracting us from all the other distractions, science fiction continues the constant transition to science non-fiction. For instance, take this:

You will eventually get what’s found in the 1984 movie ‘Runaway,’ where the bad guy, Luther, had a gun that fired smart bullets which were mini heat seeking missiles which could be aimed to pursue specific individuals, regardless of where they ran.
