The left doesn’t like the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC), an organization that espouses free market principals, limited government, and federalism throughout the states. So, the president’s favorite communist, Van Jones, directed his Color of Change (CoC) organization on an intimidation campaign against many businesses that support ALEC.

The ALEC posted a news release on their website today, April 12, 2012, expressing thanks to all that have written them with letters of support during the year long campaign by big-government forces to thwart ALEC positions.

Businesses that have caved to CoC intimidation and withdrawn their support of the ALEC? McDonald’s, PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, Intuit and Kraft Foods. Guess they have all seen other businesses get handouts from the government and they want some too. These apparent progressive businesses should be shunned.
