It looks like Homeland Security will evolve to fulfill Obama’s 2008 campaign proclamation,

“We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we’ve set. We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.”

450 million rounds of .40 caliber? How big a Homeland Security force are they planning? How have we survived so far? Is this an attempt to drive ammo prices through the roof? What else prompted this purchase? High unemployment? Hire a new army to drive down the unemployment numbers? So many questions and the Obama media sits on it’s hands.
